Internship Agreement
Internship Requirement

The internship program at Sacramento New Technology High School requires students to complete a minimum of 50 hours of internship work in a career field of their interest. This program offers students the flexibility to choose internships that align with their passions and aspirations. Internships can be either paid or unpaid, allowing students to explore different industries and gain hands-on experience.
Placement
Our school’s Internship Coordinator is available to assist students with internship placement. The coordinator endeavors to provide industry contacts and resources to help students find suitable internships that align with their career goals. However, students are also encouraged to proactively seek out their own internships. All internship placements, whether found independently or with the assistance of the coordinator, must be approved by the internship coordinator to ensure they meet the necessary standards and provide valuable learning opportunities.
