Course Requirements & Options

SNTECHS Students must successfully complete 260 credits to graduate.  Courses include the following:

  • 40 English
  • 40 Social Science
  • 40 Math (Math I, Math II, plus two of the following Math III, Senior Math, or College Math) 
  • 20 Science
  • 10 Fine Arts
  • 20 Physical Education (PE)
  • 20 World Language (1 Semester College = 20 high school credits and is equivelent to 2 years of World Language)
  • 20 Advisory (4 years)
  • 20 College Prep Elective
  • 10 CTE Pathway Intro Course
Optional Courses
  • 30 CTE Pathway Courses (2 Concentrators & 1 Capstone)
  • College Courses through Dual Enrollment (3 College Units = 10 High School elective credits)

In addition to the completion of credits, students must also have successful completion of:

  • Internship (50 hours)
  • Community Service (40 hours)
  • Defense of Learning (2 years, 10th/12th grades)
  • 16+ Units of College Courses (3 College Units = 10 High School elective credits)
